Throughout my education, I have been exposed to cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works for you. Since no one diet works for everyone, I will guide you to discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support your well-being. Additionally, I will help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals, transforming your life and improving your overall health.
I provide personalized 1:1 health coaching and specialize in supporting adults struggling with gut issues, chronic illness, mold toxicity/ CIRS and detoxification challenges. I will guide, support, mentor, and educate you to help you resolve your symptoms and get you back to feeling good and like yourself again.

Bio-individuality is the concept that each one of us is unique and has our own food and lifestyle needs. No one diet or way of life works for everyone. Working on the principal of bio-individuality, I'll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.

Food is medicine. Nutrition is a very important determinant of our physical and mental health. We'll assess your current diet and implement nutritional changes to improve your digestion, gut symptoms, reduce inflammation, and detoxify the body. I'll emphasize the importance of local and organic produce, high-quality proteins and fats, whole grains if tolerated, and water. Many times people lose some weight without even trying due to the reduction of inflammation and consumption of nutrient dense foods.

It's not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all the other factors present in our daily lives that contribute to our sense of fulfillment. Regular physical activity, healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. These are key in reducing stress and improving mental and physical health. We'll work together to identify the activities, goals, and passions that not only invigorate and inspire you but also bring peace and balance to your life. Additionally aligning your circadian rhythms and regulating your nervous system are key elements to improving health too. They can help reduce anxiety, depression, sleep issues, high blood pressure, and chronic pain.

The environment around you impacts your health as well. Scientific studies have shown newborns have quite a mixture of toxins in their umbilical cord blood. It’s really unfortunate but is indicative of the prevalence of the toxins in our air, water, and soil as well as the everyday products and furniture we use. I’ll educate you on environmental toxins and how you can reduce your toxin exposure, which in turn can reduce chronic inflammation, improve detoxification and chronic gut issues, and reduce potential risk for or help reverse chronic illness.

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different - by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods as you begin noticing the impact wholesome food has on your body. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This will take a little practice to make it happen, but I will guide and support you along the way.
