An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will put some emphasis on dietary choices as nutrition is an integral part of whole person health.
I will listen carefully and we'll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
I currently offer three 1:1 Health Coaching Programs - Coaching for Chronic GI Issues, Inflammation Issues, and Detoxification/Mold Toxicity.

Are you sick of having chronic GI issues? Are you tired of using OTC or prescription medications that relieve symptoms but they keep coming back? Since at least 70% of your immune system lies in your gut, improving your gut health can improve your overall health by boosting your immunity and help you reduce your obvious GI symptoms too. It can also help you to lose weight, reduce your allergy symptoms, joint pain, and more. We can work together to use a more holistic approach to help you heal your gut, resolve your chronic GI symptoms, and feel better.
Do you have chronic pain? Have you been diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease? Are you tired a lot? Anxiety/ Depression? Brain fog? Those suffering from chronic inflammation may have some of these symptoms or sometimes none at all. We can work together to help reduce inflammation in your body to help you feel better and work to help prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease.
Do you feel like your health has declined and wish you felt like yourself again? Do you have symptoms that are all seemingly unrelated in the different organ systems of the body? The partial list below notes symptoms that are commonly linked to mold toxicity and could indicate detoxification issues. Someone with mold toxicity may have a few symptoms listed below while others may have many. There are also other symptoms that are associated with mold toxicity and detoxification issues that aren't listed below.
Some examples are:
- Nervous system - insomnia, brain fog, memory issues, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, depression, migraines, headaches, electric shock sensations, ice pick-like pain,
- Circulatory - easy bruising, iron-deficient, irregular heartbeat, varicose veins,
- Muscular - fatigue, muscle cramps, muscle twitching, muscle weakness,
- Skeletal - joint pain,
- Skin - sensitive skin, itchiness, rashes,
- Respiratory- ENT - chronic sinusitis, post nasal drip, ear ringing, dry eyes,
- Respiratory- Chest - shortness of breath, asthma, chronic dry cough,
- Digestive - diarrhea/constipation, irritable bowels, nausea, abdominal pain, food sensitivities, bloating,
- Urinary - frequent urination, irritable bladder, kidney inflammation,
- Reproductive - infertility, low-libido, vaginal yeast/bacterial infections, jock itch, menorrhagia,
- Immune system - increase susceptibility to infections, long-lasting colds, viral infections become bacterial, frequent herpes outbreaks, and increased susceptibility to cancer.
We are exposed daily to toxins in our environment, food, and water. Our bodies are constantly detoxifying to keep us healthy and our bodies functioning properly. However, our body's ability to detoxify well depends on our genetics. Over time our diet and exercise habits aren't as good, stress increases, and our body's detoxification processes get sluggish and can get overwhelmed. For example, our body's detoxification limit is like a cup. Everyone has a different sized "cup" based on your body's genetic ability to detoxify, plus our surrounding environment, toxin exposure potency and duration, and lifestyle habits impact this "cup's" size as well. Once that "cup" fills up, the body has a hard time continuing to detoxify the body properly and keep us well. There are strategies one can follow to help the body detoxify better which include diet, exercise, lifestyle, and personal care products. True healing comes from a multifaceted approach. I will teach you ways to support your body's detoxification processes which can help you on your way to start feeling more like yourself again.
Please note, this is not a replacement for medical help. Clients need to also work with a doctor who can perform lab testing and lab interpretation in conjunction to my health coaching services. However, it is not required to begin this health coaching program.
