1:1 coaching Program

Program Details

Whether you want to work on solving your gut issues, calming your chronic inflammation, or are working to improve your detoxification, I offer a 6 month 1:1 coaching program to help you reach your goals and find better health.


What does the 1:1 Program entail?


  • 6 month program with two 50 minute sessions per month (twelve sessions in total)
  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Decipher your body's unique needs
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change
  • Support between sessions via email
  • Diet and lifestyle handouts specific to your needs and goals
  • Receive some of my favorites as free giveaways!


As your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will :


  • Provide nutrition eduction - how to determine which foods and drinks are nutritious or not; learn the top inflammatory and anti-inflammatory foods; probiotic and prebiotic foods. What you consume impacts the whole body, including the gut, joints, and body's ability to detoxify effectively. 
  • Recommend recipes, cookbooks, and recipe websites
  • Educate you on the body, how it functions and/or dysfunctions, and how the body's systems are interconnected.
  • Assess your lifestyle and recommend modifications in the following areas as needed to be happier and healthier: exercise, sleep, relationships, career, spirituality, and joy.
  • Provide strategies to help reduce exposure to toxins in your environment and personal care products.
  • Discuss mental/emotional well-being and provide recommendations to help ease stress and be more positive. Areas of discussion include: relationship with yourself, gratitude, and stress reduction techniques.
  • Recommend further readings, books, websites, or podcasts
  • Support you as you make changes to your diet and lifestyle to meet your goals



Why is the program 6 months?


Because it takes time to make sustainable change. We're met with different challenges in our lives as the seasons change and time evolves. I'll be here to support you and cheer you on during the good times and the tough. It also takes time to look into all the different areas of your life listed above. In doing so, we'll tackle different areas of your life that can contribute to a well-rounded healthier lifestyle.
